RETURN & OPEN PURCHASE
We hope you will love your pillowcases! But if they do not meet your expectations, you are of course welcome to return them. You have a 14-day Open Purchase / Right of Withdrawal.
If you want to return your goods, send an email to hej@casajliving.se and we will send you a return slip via email. Return shipping costs SEK 59 and is deducted from your return amount, which is refunded no later than 5 days after the return received.
COMPLAINT
If there is something wrong with your product, please email us at hej@casajliving.se and describe what is wrong, preferably together with a picture. We will then send a return slip to your email, of course we are responsible for return shipping in the event of a complaint. Your money will be refunded within 5 working days after we receive your returned item.
